It took me a strike because of an Alpha of gameplay the game Doom 4, is taking this strike ?, had no songs copyrighted, much less videos, and not piracy. They can not give me strike without reason.

If your uploading direct footage of gameplay, without any music, commentary soforth then it can be flagged for copyright, as you haven't altered anything.

If you believe its an issue then i would try contact Freedom! support regarding the issue at http://freedom2.support.tm/
