Batman: Arkham Origins Cyrus Pinkney Plaques Locations Guide & LORE on Gotham City dating back to the 1800s!

Keep in mind this video does not show the locations in order! I start with the Jezebel theater & hang out in Old Gotham (Arkham City) then heading to New Gotham for the last plaques.

Cyrus Pinkney Plaque #1
Check on top of the church in Park Row to find the first Cyrus Pinkney Plaque.

Cyrus Pinkney Plaque #2
Near the Solomon Wayne Courthouse, it's by the horse statue.

On top of the Jezebel Center, right under the Bell

Go to Amusement Mile. There is walkway midway of the large building, with half-way open steel gates. The wall in between them has this Plaque.
