I found engaging my viewers has helped greatly! Leaving a reply for every comment and asking questions in my video and encouraging responses in the comments really has helped with activity and subs. Even if it's just a "thanks for watching and commenting" viewers seem to appreciate it.

vidIQ has the ability to do what you want but I'm pretty sure it's not free, maybe also check out Freedom's universal uploader

I could see this being very useful to those channels that have a monthly steady income and there channel pays a support staff. This feature would really be useful to those larger channels coming to Freedom so there are no waiting times for revenue gap in a revenue schedule. I could be wrong but...
