low cpm

Hello. I recently joined Freedom. But the problem is that, I have an EXTREMELY LOW CPM. My cpm previously was about $6 and now it is $0.18. I did not travel to another place. I am at the same location. What is wrong with this? .18 is just too low. Can anyone please help me with this? Channel...
