this is my video of Depression , and how to overcome it.
i see many people suffering from depression and they are really deeply disturbed. i then decided to start a youtube channel and tell of some of my ideas about how people can learn to come out of their problems and fight the depression. This motivated me to create videos which will motivate people to fight against depression.
