Does anyone know how I can add another channel under my current freedom account. Or would I have to request partnership for the new account separately.

You can go the the profile section in your Freedom dashboard and add a new channel there - It will still have to be looked at by the quality team so it may take a few days to be linked but after that it should be all good to go 
As Zeke said, you can add another channel by going to your dashboard. We do need to check your channel in case of copyright material or inappropriate content, so it will take a while for our QC team to confirm its partnership with Freedom!
