PC Looking for a permanent group to record with (preferably new youtubers)

I explain a lot in the video but some things I left out:
When I say preferably new in the title I say that because people who are just starting are easier to start something with because we are all starting together but I'm fine with anyone!
I would like to make videos kind of like Achievement Hunter or The Crew, by that I mean a group that I collaborate with in most of my videos, I would like the group to be permanent or long term meaning we do more than just 2 or 3 videos together I mean we do most of our videos together.
I don't really mind what we play but I have:
Gmod
Minecraft
CS:GO
League of Legends
Unturned
Etc...
(any free game on steam, I'm broke atm)

Requirements:
Mature sounding voice (no squeakers, sorry)
Decent mic
