Chief Gravie and Cook Mary-Nade are another pair that are close to one another. They can be found in the chamber just after the one where you find Knight Brisket and Carpenter Dicey.
There are three platforms that rotate around the center "island" - you will need to do some platforming to get across. Cook Mary-Nade is on the island, but Chief Gravie is along the outer wall. From where you enter the room, jump onto the first platform, and SKIP the first wall-platform that you come to - that one has a Minku on it. The SECOND one, however, is the one you want - Chief Gravie is there.
