Location of the second Minku.
As you go to Twinpeak Mountain, there is a section - just after you cross the river via the three wooden poles - where you jump over moving blocks to progress up the mountain. However, if you deliberately fall past the second moving block, and keep heading to the left, you'll land on a ledge. The Minku is there.
