This one is pretty easy as long as you are fast at it. Go for airforce of either soviets or empire and rush all the bases in order. Be sure to destroy the bridges once the first base is down to stop the second base from attacking you. Also keep the numbers coming as you go along, so use the rally points here to get reinforcements to the next base when you've almost finished to one your on.
