losing subs

Basically what the title states. Apparently I have lost 20 subs, but according to the graph I have only lost 10 (each spike is -1 sub). is this a glitch or something, or due to the recent 'purge' that youtube did that removed subs from lots of people. Also haven't had a sub in almost 3 weeks...

On my youtube account itself it says I have $0.00 revenue even though I have all my montezation on all my videos and before partnering I was already up to $1.16 when I click the revenue it says that I have it turned and I am eligible, also I had around 450 subs before partnering now I have 197...
