I got partnered with Freedom and I know that I need to wait 3 days untill some of features become added. So 3 days passed I still didn't get any ads, I'm just asking what is problem?

Youtube implemented a new rule a few months back that channels can no longer ad advertisements of generate money unless that have 10K views. So primarily that why you may not be seeing ads.

hmm true, when I watched video in The George Show that YouTube implemented rule I went to monetization page and saw that my monetization is enabled

Don't forget that if you do have an active monetisation policy and have enable these on your videos, that ads may not show on every view of that video as this is dependant on a lot of things for example : -
- If people have adblockers on
- What content advertisers are promoting on
- How much they are promoting
- What ads you have selected to be shown
