I submitted a request to become a full member on freedom a few days ago but haven't heard back, how long does it usually take them to get back to you?

When you go onto the Freedom! dashboard, it should say request invite and if you do everything that they say, you're added!!

Typically your request to join Freedom should take around 2-3 days if it takes any longer you can message our support team via www.support.tm and ask them to check up on your application - if you do email then, could you please include a screenshot of your YouTube status and features page as well as your Freedom dashboard.
Once your channel has been reviewed you should receive a email from Freedom and see that you channel progress has changed on the Freedom dashboard - after which you will need to engage in a live chat with a Freedom representative - which is available from the Freedom dashboard. Once you have had a quick chat they will send you the "learn more button" and then your application to join Freedom will be complete. If you have any other queries or would just like to chat please don't hesitate to get in touch
