I have been a Freedom full time partner for awhile now and have not had many problems. But for some reason out of nowhere when I got paid for the month of July I got a message saying welcome to the Freedom network and a bunch of the options that I used frequently (like music Freedom! Academy etc) have been grayed out for me now. Does anyone have any idea why?

I do not have an answer to this issue, but it is happening to me, and other staff members, I will follow you up on any information when it is released.

There have been a few reports of this happening for users, including staff members. This is nothing to worry about it has been raised to the relevant staff members and they are working hard to fix the issue though it may take a little while, please be patient. As soon as we know anything as @Crazylawrence has said above we shall let you know
