First: MUST. BE. BRITISH! I can't stress this enough! I live in UK and I can't exactly travel all over the world for a video.
Second: Have a subscriber count of at least 300. I'm not trying to be horrible, but the idea id for both of us to grow, and if it's any lesser than that, it will be very much a one way street.
Third: Please attach your channel so I can see your content, I have had a few people ask to collab, and they have like 3 videos
