For some reason I can't find the partner ship where i can accept the partner ship to my youtube account. its not under my dashboard. please help if you can.
YouTube now requires channels to have 1000 Subscribers and 4000 yearly watch hours to join a network like Freedom!. Until you reach that they can't invite your channel.
