Solved Freedom and Youtube Pairing

Hello everyone.

I am experiencing a problem with my youtube account because it is not connecting with my youtube account.
I had 2 channels
however i only use the 2nd
my freedom dashboard is mainly on the 1st channel however one of the profiles is still the new channels.
because of this i thought i had access to all of the freedom rewards etc.
So when i used some music from epidemic sound i got a copyright infringement because it said i had used it without permission however i was on my freedom account in epicdemicsound in the first place which is why i was able to download it.

When i go to my channel dashboard it saids im not partnered with freedom even though it has the freedom dashboard connected to it. Look at the picture for an easier look.

It saids 'PARTNER WITH FREEDOM' but when i click on it, it just sends me to the login page of freedom and login into my account.

Any responses or help would be helpful

You need to visit the new Freedom support website and register if you haven't already and then open a support ticket and choose “Invitations” from the ticket type menu and then ask if they can send another invite to your other YouTube channel https://freedom.desk.com

Seems you got unlinked then, send a ticket with support and ask for a new invite.
