In YOUTUBE I are $ 16, and has violated the Community guidelines 1, is it because the violation that I've not been paid the money, and on net freedom I also don't have the money?

If your wondering when you get paid, sense you started in May you won't get paid till the end of July because it takes 2 months to get paid due to the way YouTube works.

His youtube dashboard says he earned 16 dollar, but he did an act wich is against the community guidelines and therefor asks if this is the reaon he hasn't been payed.

but that I was violating the Community guidelines,but my youtube channel features make money still works normally,andif becauseI violated Community guidelines by which they let me out of the freedom they will pay me?
