You need to organize your front page later, because all we can see is your channel trailer ^^
Thumbnails need to be more enticing, drawing people in will be the biggest concern. Your intro went on for quite a while, 15-16s of no gameplay, or funny moments can cause people to leave early on. This is mainly for getting newer videos. Try adding more tags into your video, and writing more into your descriptions ^^
