So I wanted to begin posting in the Promote Yourself forums, but it says I have "insufficient privileges" to post there. I thought it was either because I needed the 5 posts from when I first joined, or maybe you had to be accepted into the partner program before you could post there. But then while looking through the forum I noticed people with less subscribers and less views, (definitely less than the 10,000 you apparently need to become a partner) and it says they are a "Full Member." So how do I become a full member in order to begin posting in that forum?
