If you have an active monetisation policy on your account and have selected the monetisation option when creating / submitting your video on YouTube then yes you will get revenue generated from this. Freedom can not guarantee the amount of ads or the amount of ad revenue you will earn whilst being part of the network as this is ultimately determined by adsense and the advertisers themselves.
Don't forget we have only just seen the return of some large advertisers, after they had boycotted YouTube so it may take a while for regularly and previous ad revenue amounts to return, again this isn't influenced by Freedom nor are they to blame in any way due to this - as this was between the advertisers themselves and YouTube.
Personally if you are just doing YouTube for the money and are a bit inpatient when you are generating as much revenue / ads as you thought then maybe you should take a break and re-evaluate what your looking to get out of it.
