Hey everyone! My name is Connor. I run a YouTube streaming group called BlameTheGamer. We are aiming to become the first 24 hour live streaming channel in YouTube history. As such we need plenty of streamers. The requirements that need to be met I'll put below. But first let me tell you what the mission and goal is all about.
The goal to become the first 24/7 live stream channel is obviously still quite a ways off. Currently we have 5 streamers (myself included) and we need more. Currently I'm looking to take on 5 more streamers. Making us 10 strong. I give full creative control over the stream to whomever is streaming. You don't need to have the most advanced gear, the newest games, or the most experience. We are looking for preferably people with their own channels. That way we can feature you and your channels.
Each streamer has their own little community behind their streams and we have started calling them Teams. The teams can show their support for their favourite streamer by buying their respective merchandise from the different stores. We have rings, dog tags, T-Shirts, Necklaces, Bracelets, earrings, beanies, among other things.
As for what you have to do? It's quite simple! Nothing! You simply hit the stream button and go live. I will take care of the rest personally! Well, me or other managers of the channel if I'm not available. We are all very good friends and very tight knit. When you're with us, you're a part of a brotherhood. A creed. We look after one another. We are a very diverse group spanning multiple nations, and ethnicities. Guito is Mexican and German, I'm Scottish, Xeno is Puertorican, and Sky is... well he's just Sky. He's an alien lol.
We all have our special talents, me being a rookie graphic designer, a music producer, and a veteran writer. Xeno being a good marketer, and a good prospector with analytics. Guito being a music producer, and writer. Sky is... well again... Sky is just Sky. We all bring our own things to the table, making the group highly productive. We are also proudly working alongside bigger YouTubers like F1ameOnGinger, DEFMATCH, NEMRAPS, SplatterCatGaming, and Tetra Ninja.
Of course I am working on sponsorships. Currently we have sponsorships from NoScope Gaming, GungHo Gaming Energy Drink, and SquidGrips. I am working on others as well. So on to our requirements.
1: Have a general understanding of how live streaming works
2: Have a microphone (Quality doesn't matter)
3: Be able to stream frequently
4: Have your own personal channel (not necessary but wanted. Sub or view count does not matter)
5: Decent memory (You'll need to plug our different shops and sponsors periodically so a good memory is nice)
6: A discord account. (If you don't have one make one. It's free.)
7: and finally a good personality.
