Solved Logo Copied/Channel Impersonation

My YouTube channel's logo http://www.youtube.com/mrgamesplosion logo has been altered slightly and is now used by a channel, this is an attempt to parody my channel as I have been told by the channel in question that this is what they are trying to achieve.

I have already tried to file an impersonation claim through YouTube for the channel to remove the logo, however this has not changed anything. Is there anything you can do as my network to get the channel to remove the logo as it is copyrighted and was created by a professional free-lance graphic designed specifically for my channel.

Please do something about this annoyance, thank you.

P.S. My channels videos also had to be changed to unlisted recently in reaction to this same issue, I understand I am not a very important channel with few subscribers and currently 0 visible videos however I would appreciate some help to solve this problem so that I can continue to make content.

This has to suck, but realize that you actually have no content, while he DOES. This kind of puts him at the advantage. The only thing I can see he has taken is the logo, but he has altered it a bit. If you were a big channel and he had also copied your name, you might have something to complain about, but this isn't something a network or partner should spend resources on.

If you created the logo from scratch then the best thing to do would be to contact the other channel and ask them to remove it. As I can see you already have and I assume he will not remove it, then you need to file a claim through YouTube which I can also see you have done. These reports can sometimes take weeks to be viewed as each is viewed by a human individually.

There isn't too much to worry about though in regards to hurting your channel, I wouldn't think too much about it and just ignore it.

Since you already took action all that is left is wait for reaction.
On the other hand the minor problem could be that since he made adjustments it isn't an exact copy and while it is only your logo there isn't much to worry about.
If he copied it in the exact same way with name and all then it would parody your channel.

Thanks for all the responses guys. Looks like the best thing for me to do is sit tight and hope it gets removed. I may start producing more content soon and may rebrand my channel anyway, but it is just a little annoying. Oh well. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
