PC Looking for Minecraft SMP

Title basically says it all. My channel is new and i'm looking to join a Minecraft SMP. I would prefer modded but if it's not it isn't a big deal.

Oh and I would also prefer it if the people playing were around 17/18+ just for maturity reasons and such

Well I didn't have anything super specific in mind, just a fun smp with a good community is all I really want.
