Escalated to Support My channel has no option to link

I was invited to link about a month ago but I never got around to doing it. I was till posting videos and what-not but I went to accept the partnership. And I can't. There is nothing there. I have followed all of the videos to accept. I can't find the box or the learn more button anywhere.
I'm not sure if this means i'm illegible to link or anything but apparently It's all in good standing. #
So I'm wondering if I've missed something or..... You guys at the Freedom end have.
