issues.

You would need to request a new review on your Freedom dashboard, or if you have exceeded your review limit you should email the support team via www.support.tm. Don't forget if you have any outstanding copyright claims / strikes and don't have the required 10K lifetime views then you won't be able to partner with Freedom

You're a star for this; and no i no longer have any outstanding copyright strikes
but i have not yet reached the 10k view YouTube life span so I that's where the issue is!

Your most welcome, I'm glad I could help. Once you have hit the 10K lifetime views, and have enable monetisation on your channel then feel free to request a review of your channel again, and then as long as your channel is clean you should be invited to join.
