Solved Not getting paid since 4 months

Third time i contact support about the issue and nothing is ever being done...
i am this close to leave and take legal actions against freedom for the payments due
You guys owe me easily 600$ US+
my channel has grew by 500% since i last received a payment... yet i work for free now it seems...
Since september all 4 of my dashboards.. including my network...
are all bugged..
It all says
Unverified - Sep 2015Details...
and from then on
i didn't get a single update on amounts due or amounts paid
and of course i haven't got a SINGLE DIME
My main channel now makes over 150$ a month + my network and the 11 hubs that goes with it...
meaning you guys just taking 200$+ of my own money every month...
which i need to pay my rent...This is thievery and i really need my money..
Everytime i open a ticket about it, absolutely nothing is being done
and last time my ticket was even closed has resolved when absolutely nothing has been done and now i am getting really aggravated..
i just moved apartments and i just cannot afford to be loosing 300$+ a month anymore
and your not allowed to keep stealing my earned money anyways..

Since your actual support team cant do Naaaada
Hope someone in forums can help me fix this before i sue freedom and leave for makers

Hi

As you mentioned, your outstanding payment states "Unverified - Sep 2015", this payment is not meant to have been paid yet, September payments are sent at the end of November, so that is why you have not received it. Freedom! works on a NET 60 time-scale as per your contract.

According to what you have written, there is currently no issue with the payments. Unless you can provide any further information there is nothing we can do.

no, it has nothing to do with this.
i have been with freedom for more then a year
and yes first time you wait 2-3 months
But after that i was having all my payments monthly with no delays
i have not received a single payment since september for no reasons on all 4 dashboards

no amounts due no amounts earned
i was receiving them every month before
and was having my dashboard updated every time
i am already a full partner and run a network with you none of this is supposed to be happening

This has nothing to do with being a new member. I am trying to get to the bottom of when exactly payments stopped and what is showing on your dashboard.

It would be helpful to receive that information as it is hard for me to do anything without it. At the moment there are a number of different things mentioned by you so it is hard to pinpoint any of the information such as exact dates.

If you do not wish to give that information here on the forums then you will need to get back in touch with the support team on the support portal for a further update on your situation.

Damn, I really hope they fix your problem, they are losing a big asset like you.

think i have kinda figured out the issue..
in May i got suspended from paypal due to a fraudulent donator spam coming from my 3D website..
it took me 4 months and countless calls and emails to get me finally unbanned from paypal ..
which is now linked on all 4 dashboards again

so since march 2015 all the payments says it has been done and has a ! with a recipient
Last payment i received was 30th of April
and since then it says paid but it has no !! icon and no recipients
And now i feel stupid indeed about the september
since i didnt get payments in so long i had forgot it actually always stayed 2 month behind i was getting it monthly because yaaaa....
Sorry to have argued with you on that..
But ya now i can calculate all those amounts and do a dispute form for every different Dashboard ID to get those late payments back?
Though i still don't understand why it says unverified, will it go away once a new payment is done in the new paypal email this month?
anyway leaving you 1 more picture to show you properly
