Problems with The Binding of Isaac

I recently bought the binding of Isaac Rebirth and i enjoyed it a lot so i decide to upload two of my runs. The day after i upload the videos i got a message from youtube telling me that nicalis(The creators of the game) have put me a copyright claim for the music of the videos, the thing is that i've seen a lot of people monetize videos of the Binding of Isaac with the music without any problem so why i'm getting a copyright claim?
I've solved the problem erasing the music from the video but i still don't get why that happened.

That is indeed quite strange as i have one video too but can't recall i got a third party match on it.

I'll never understand youtube, the same thing happened when i tried to upload silent hill... Since anybody seems to know why that happened i won't upload more videos of the binding of isaac.

That's why i upload them in the first place but i won't anymore because i've no interest in have problems with nicalis
