Recording Mobile Applications

Hey guys, I've been looking into it and are wondering what do you recommend as a piece of Hardware to record Mobile games?
In addition I also want to record my PS4 game plays but without the built in recorder as it only does 15 minutes, and only records at 720P.

Any suggestions?
