Awhile ago, I entered my code for the free XSplit license and a message had popped up saying "Congrats, this code is good for 7 months!"

Yet, it only gave me a single month.

and I can't replicate this since I have already redeemed the code.

Well if you look at the "Review" tab on the dashboard. then find XSplit license on it. It explain "XSplit 1+4 weeks full license"
This mean it is only a 1 month license

So it is not a bug, it is only meant to be 1 month long

Doesnt change the fact that the pop up message said 7 Months...

Well it can be Xsplit service which count it as 7 months. But the fact is that freedom only give up to 1 month

I believe we got it solved, it is probally just an issue when a Freedom License is activated in xsplit, Then it give a wrong number of how long the license have before expire. But we figured out it was no problem that it expired after 1 month (after what we read on the dashboard that was the original amount of time a license should hold)

Yes sir. It's been resolved. I forgot I made this thread as well before I submitted a ticket.
