From 4 days ago,i sent an email to freedom support,they said they would reply within 48 to 72 hours,its been much longer and they didnt reply,can anyone tell me how much more i should wait?

Sorry to hear its been some time since you have heard a reply from Freedom regarding your support issue. They do try to respond within 72 hours but they have been inundated with support tickets at the minute and as such the wait times could be a bit longer than expected. There isn't much that I / we can do about this, we do appreciate your patience regarding the matter and know that the support team will get back to you as soon as possible regarding this.
