Depression and Anxiety can really disrupt my life if I let it. Fortunately, through the understanding and support of those around me, and some strategies and techniques that work for me, I can press forward.

I feel you, I feel like at times that im all alone and no one cares or knows me, this comes from youtube and people like to call it "YouTube depression" in which you feel like your channel and content is going no where and no one respects you / knows you / likes you , it pushes me to the limit at times. some times its that bad i get to the point where i think about quiting youtube and social media and just be alone. Hurts but i end up getting through it, little things such as loosing a sub or one person hating on me can trigger it. When i look back on it i think it was stupid because its only on person compared to my mass amount of supporters and friends but it still happens. I recently found a way of getting through it, every time i feel depressed i would read my comments or make a video or hop in a game with my friends in which makes me feel better. At this point in time i rarely get depressed now, but it can still happen at any time and i respect you for making a video on this because it can show people that they are not on their own, your a great person ;)

Thanks for the support, Panda. I can relate to little things just sticking in my head. Dat snowball effect tho...

Glad that you have strategies that work for you too. Especially hopping into a game with friends. That works for me too, because when that 1-2 punch hits, it's easy for me to just want to fade into the background. Can't let that happen.

it can show people that they are not on their own

That was my biggest hope for this video. When my anxiety and depression were at their worst, and I was finally diagnosed, the support and understanding I got at home and at work were a HUGE part of why I didn't just give up. Meant the world to me, and I'm always looking for ways to pay that kindness forward.
