I would like some advice and tips from someone who has grown there channel recently. I know what to do and everything an I have watched alot of videos. But it would be nice to hear from someone different from here what they have done maybe differently or better thanks

What I have to say is to be consistent with your videos and make the videos interesting. Also, do not forget to look at your analytics and your tags that have helped you make the most views for those videos and keep being creative with your videos.

Social Media Promotion is for me the single most important tip to grow your channel.

make a channel trailer first of all.
also don't make gameplay video's anymore for just less then 5 min... for example: that outlast gameplay was too short.
what you can do as well is buying a better mic because I almost hear nothing...
