Is music from www.tunes.tm copyrighted, as I just found few musics copyrighted. I just want to know are Freedom partners allowed to use this?

Yes the music on tunes.tm can be copyright protected as explained in this video. I would contact the support team regarding this, and see if a general disclaimer is enough in order to use the music in your videos etc (I'm sure it will be as thats the typical practise of Freedom, but double check just to be sure)

You know by saying 'I would' in that context, it was meant to be 'I suggest you' - as I was implying and outlining what I would do if I was in your position.

We weren't really debating whether or not this could be used - as all music outlined under the Freedom partnership can be used such as Tunes/ Audio Micro / Epidemic Sound etc, but really whether or not Freedom partners had to do anything, - such as include disclaimers - to avoid potential copyright if they used the music
