Typically these are done within 3 business days but this can be a bit longer depending on the amount of reviews that the Onboarding team have, as such at a push this could take up to 7 days. As long as you have no copyright / community strikes, have the required 10K lifetime views to enable monetisation and have uploaded recently you shouldn't have a problem

As your channel doesn't seem to have reached 10000 views yet it'll stay under review until you reach that. After that it'll be reviewed, if not you may contact support about it.
