Yeah, you're going to have to send people the script before they can send you any voice recordings. I voice act for some animations for people over on Reddit every now and then and that's how they always do it. Since you're not paying anyone or even giving anyone much publicity, no ones in a position where they will need to send you examples of their previous work.
