What program do you use to make your thumbnail?

For me The best thumbnail editor is Pic Monkey.You can make great custom banners , beautiful thumbnails through pic monkey.Photoshop is
also good but for me Pic monkey is better.

I use paint.net, its free and has several plugins that can be added for extra features. its a good upgrade from Microsoft paint that isn't too to get used to.

Paint.net!! it can do most things you can do in photoshop in terms of what you usually use for GFX and it's completely free to use!

Photoshop is great for thumbnails! However, if you do not have the full version and your trial has run out, you can use fotojet.com. It is awesome when it comes to creating your banner/channel art. Very high quality banners! Go check out my YouTube channel which is currently having the banner I created using fotojet.com
Highly recommend this over other alternatives such as panzoid.com and pixlr.com which I've used before.
