I've just started a new youtube channel,I'd like to know how many days minimum i have to wait in order to be able to obtain the partnership?

So if i try to to get the partnership before one month since when i opened the channel,they won't give it to me?What about if i try in some days and then i ask it again in case i don't get it?

You can try applying, as they can look at daily averages, but it would be best to wait until you reach the targets. If you apply and get denied, then you can apply again at a later date.
