I think you need a minimum of 500 subscribers to do that?.. I'm not sure but I think it was something like that! :/
The requirements are:
- 100 or more subscribers
- Channel is at least 30 days old
- Channel has uploaded a photo for the channel icon
- Channel has uploaded channel art
There is now a 100 subscriber minimum to stop spam channels from getting all the good and easy links.

Yeah it was lowered too 100 earlier this year. I was wondering how was I able to get mine then I saw they had updated the requirements
Ah that's neat they updated the requirements. 500 seemed like a lot for a small channel to have to obtain to get the name they wanted. 100 is much easier to get to.
Aaah, no wonder I managed to somehow change the URL that early without getting to 500 xD They changed it to 100 this year. Hadoiiii.
