Hello im wondering how to partner my twitch with Any.tv Network. I have 3,500 followers and just want to join the team. Twitch.tv/Im_Energyy

I don't believe this is currently a feature within Freedom. As they are sponsored by Hitbox.

Freedom does have a twitch team but it doesn't support full partnership.

Right so what I've managed to find out after about 45 minutes of searching is that we no longer have our previous twitch provider, as that @Inspire GFX is correct that we moved onto Hitbox. I'm not entirely sure if you contact Freedom on the old twitch page they could add you to it, unfortunately I just don't have the information about that, but if you wanted to you could join with Hitbox through Freedom I have included a link with some information below
