Official How do I become a full member to promote my videos, channels and or streams?

No, Ernest (an administrator) does it. Some people get it at 20-25 views, but once you get up there it shouldn't take long to get.

It's a great idea, but people will find it harder to grow. I suggest a knew way but make sure there is no spam involved with the new idea.
