If you're really serious about making YouTube videos regularly, you absolutely need to learn to edit thumbnails yourself. It's one of the key skills to learn and hone.

Just google "Free photo editing software". Even Tubebuddy has a thumbnail plugin that you can use for free as a Freedom partner.

Hmm.. how does this thumbnail plugin work? I've been using gimp to do my thumbnails. Is there easier way to do it with these plugins?
