- good logo
- banner is hard to read
- no channel trailer, look into that
- add more to your main page (check link below)
- try to get some social media going
- add more to your about page with who you are what you do and more
- make thumbnails
- titles are okay
- music videos are good, maybe look into adding some more in the video for people to look at
- gameplay videos are boring, make them more fun to watch. maybe do stuff like commentary, funny edits or a compilation.
- description sucks, use an upload default to fill it in automatically (take a look at my description maybe and click link below)
- terrible tags, make them unique and lengthy (check link below)
- good video and audio quality
EDIT: If you are a music channel (not gaming) market that, not gaming

videos to help:

Hey there. If you could check out my channel that'd be sound.
- good you have a channel trailer BUT the most important info should be in the first 30 secs!
- okay logo
- bad banner, very chaotic and I cant immediately see what your channel is. Social media also isnt needed in banners since people cant click or copy it
- good main page
- good amount of playlists
- fill in your about section! People who go here want to know who you are, what you do and maybe some extra info about you and your channel
- add twitch to the links on your channel
- remove the s in https:// from the twitter link to show the twitter icon
- good you have twitter and are active on it
- The recent thumbnails are fine
- be consistent in uploads
- (imo) good you have no intro and open the vid with your voice
- good vid quality (although 1080p and maybe 60 fps would be nice)
- the audio quality is good, but its hard to hear you and your friends. Have you tried a compressor (via audacity etc)? Also tune down your game audio a bit, recording game audio and voice audio seperate wwould be great for this
- description is too little
- up to you, but maybe comment on you own vid with questions or maybe playlist link to get a conversation started
- okay tags, still think you need to make them a bit more unique (see link below)
