You can download it in the windows store still if you like the old paint, they are removing old/legacy programs from windows. Windows is not the fastest to make folders/add programs to windows when its downloading.

Yeah, I'm aware that they've put in onto the Windows App Store. This video is just a funny little gag. Microsoft was about to get rid of Paint, then an hour later they say, "LOL. We were TOTALLY just joking about killing MS Paint."
