Xbox 360 collaboration gone?

I literally can't find anyone to colab with on the 360, i guess i have to go with pc.(even though my pc can't handle gaming).

When you make a thread in the collab section you can just use the prefix "Xbox Collaboration". You'll have to specify 360 in the thread so no one thinks it's an XB1 collab.
